When I'm on the road it's really hard to stay fit or even find a gym to train so I create little in room workouts to stay on top.
I also pack my jump rope, that way I get some good cardio in. I've just smashed 25 mins of jump rope, squats, push ups, burpees and abs! EASY!!! ??
