Try this version of a leg lift on a bench. Hold yourself secure on the bottom of the bench and extend your legs straight out in front of you. Using your lower abs, lift your legs straight up, bending at the hips. Then with your upper abdominals, lift your straight legs upward. There are two slight variations shown here:
The first is to lift the legs straight up almost at a 90 degree angle from your upper body.
The second Is to lift your legs at a slight diagonal outwards.
I know it doesn't look like much of a difference, but you can definitely feel it when you try the two variations! @getfitandthick #fitandthick
