pincha mayurasana (forearm balance) (beginners use a wall for support) start with forearms shoulder-width apart and parallel with long edge of mat. press palms down, shoulders hug onto back. inhale and walk feet forward so pelvis is over torso, stretch one leg high, root forearms into ground, exhale and kick the other leg up pressing through heels, toes flexed.
