This rare OMEGA ladies' jewellery secret watch was created in 1955. It is crafted from 18K white gold and is set with 50 brilliant cut diamonds and 16 baguette cut diamonds with an impressive total weight of 6.5 carats. It features an ivory dial and polished gold baton hands. It is powered by a calibre 440 whose winding crown is positioned under the case.
