Here’s what I’m blending this morning!

Serves One
1 ½ cups spinach and swiss chard mixed
1 cup water
1 small green apples
1 cup raspberries

Both green apples and raspberries are considered a low-sugar fruit, which is one of the reasons why I used them together. Some more low-sugar fruits are: raspberries, green apples, peaches, pears, strawberries, blueberries.
