A Blacktip Reef Shark slices through a school of convict tang fish while hunting on a reef at dusk off Starbuck Island in the central South Pacific. Scientists on an NGS expedition to these remote Southern Line Islands discovered a predator heavy biomass on the reef ecosystems and and coral cover up to 100% in most locations.
