Tired of chicken, veggies and sweet potatoes? Here's an alternative on how to prepare them.

Portabella Mushroom Chicken "burger"

Ingredients:
2 giant Portabella mushrooms
Spices of choice
Spinach
Tomato
Shredded cheese (don't go fat free please....loaded with junk.) Just use the regular in moderation. I promise a sprinkle of cheese now may prevent a binge later!

Directions:
1. Cook Portabella
2. Add spices and cover until fully cooked
3. Add spinach, tomato, chicken and some mozzarella or cheese of choice to one mushroom
4. Cover with the other mushroom and enjoy!

Note: use baked sweet potato fries as your side dish (this will be in another video so you'll have to wait!) Stay happy....not hungry ?
