Anybody like comic book movies? I know I sure do!! However, these movies wouldn't exist if it weren't for....well, comic books funnily enough ?. As an aspiring artist myself, I have to give huge credit to comic artists, as it was really them that inspired me to draw as a youngster. I'm sure many feel the same way.
With a new Superman vs Batman film in the pipeline I thought it would be good to share a picture that features the two mentioned heroes. It is a collaboration between one of my favourite comic book artists of all time, Jim Lee (@jimleeart) and an upcoming artist Jeremy Roberts. If you like comic art you will no doubt have heard of Jim Lee, however Jeremy Roberts may not be a name familiar to many. As I mentioned, he is a new artist on the comic book scene, but wow his work is impressive! Mr Roberts did the colour work for this particular piece, and he has worked on quite a few cover pictures for DC and Marvel. I could not find a personal website for him, but if you google Jeremy Roberts artist, you will see some awesome stuff!
