Have you been to #Budapest? Straddling the #DanubeRiver, with the #BudaHills to the west and the #GreatPlain to the east, #Budapest is a gem of a city. This is a view from the #FishermansBastion to the #HungarianParliament in #Budapest, #Hungary. Built as a viewing platform in 1905 by Frigyes Schulek, the bastion’s name was taken from the medieval guild of fishermen responsible for defending this stretch of the castle wall.
