I was working with scientists studying the biodiversity of the area and the impact of a new road connecting Moungagara to Loubomo, in Gabon. The material used for the roads kicks up a red dust that covers everything in the dry season. Gabon is trying to grow while maintaining its environment and biodiversity. I believe it is a flap necked chameleon, Chamaeleo dilepis. @thephotosociety #reptile #chameleon #road #gabon #biodiversity #africa
