KEEN employee Kirsten Blackburn is en route to the Philippines to help distribute 30,000 pairs of shoes to those impacted by Typhoon Haiyan. Here's a heartwarming photo shared by one of the local volunteers planning logistics for our distribution in Guiuan. Schoolchildren were asked to share their sizes so we can appropriately pack the truck to Guiuan. Some kids shared numerical numbers, and others, who have never owned shoes before, cut an outline of their feet.
