For many, the new year is an opportunity to reevaluate goals and to set new ones. A smart goal is one in which you’ve given yourself a plan, a support system, and some good old fashioned accountability. We thought about those last two factors quite a bit and decided, how better to rally support and make yourself accountable than by sharing your running goals publicly?

That’s why this weekend, we want you to write down your running goals for 2014 and share them by taking a photo. Here are a few ideas for inspiration: ? Keep it simple, find a piece of paper to write your goals on with a pen or pencil.
? Get outside and write your goals on the street in chalk.
? Make it permanent and write your goal on your running shoes.
? Get creative and come up with a visualization of your goal.

Project Guidelines: Be sure to add the #FYSrunninggoals hashtag to your photos and upload your image by Sunday, January 4th at midnight . Photos must be your own. For a chance to be featured on our Instagram page or win a prize, participants must use #FYSrunninggoals and mention @サッカニー. Photos will be judged on originality, creativity and the story behind them, so make sure to tell us why you chose your goals!
