They are comin' back. Slowly but surely. Snuck in some weighted sit ups before my 30 min swim workout today. Shh don't tell my coach 0:) I PR'd every testing and 2013 Open workout I did this week...mainly thanks to all the swimming, rowing and biking I've done during my rehab. Only thing left to get back is my Snatch which is going to take a while. Time for recovery and back to the grind next week. #CrossFit #Abs #abtastic #girlswholift #girlswithmuscle ???
