It is with great sadness that today I learnt of the passing of #FrederickFox LVO. The wicked glint in his eye and the #perfection of his hats will be long remembered. From the outset he was a great #inspiration to me as was the head of his workroom, Shirley Hex.

But more than all of that, he made the one hat that I am truly jealous of, which was the space #hostesses helmets in the film #2001 #ASpaceOdyssey.
