Shrimp Stir Fry. This food was super easy and fast to make. First i sautéed the shrimps with some coconut oil for about 5 min probably even less. Just until its orange and almost fully cooked. Then i added some crushed garlic, ginger paste, chili paste, 2 tablespoon of asian stir fry sauce(i used Red Fork brand, got from a healthy store) and 1 table spoon of honey. These measurement were based on a one person meal. You can always add more for larger servings. I sautéed them each at a time for 15 seconds each. Then added the veggies and cooked for about 3 more minutes. Served by brown rice. I don't cook it. I hate cooking brown rice. It takes forever. I use seeds of change 90 seconds rice.
