Baking was a hit tonight! ?? My oatmeal & cranberry protein cookies were everyone's favorite. Here's the easy recipe: ?2 ripe bananas?1 cup of instant oatmeal?1/2 cup of dried cranberries?2 tbsp of shredded coconut ?4 egg whites?1 cup of slivered almonds?2 scoops of vanilla protein powder ?1 tbsp of vanilla extract ? blend all the ingredients together & pour onto a baking sheet (spreading evenly). Bake for 15min at 350. Let them cool for 5-10min then cut into pieces! ???
