Ancient Grain Belgian Protein Waffle. This was the first time I prepare a shot at this recipe and it turned our super yummy. In a bowl I had ?1 cup of ancient grain mix ?1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk?3 tablespoons if coconut oil? 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder ?1 egg ? Vanilla extract ? 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein ( I used egg protein). Combine all and prepare in a hot waffle griddle.
