I love referencing old eyewear company advertisements for copy. It's incredible how intelligent the early american eyewear brands approached #marketing. There were no frills and they just told you all the technical reasons why the materials that make up their frames are the best available. It's basically laid the groundwork for the luxury #eyewear industry and it is what separates quality glasses from "fashion" glasses. #americanoptical #advertisement
