I think we get bottled up in our own minds sometimes. I know for the last few days I think I have been feeling sorry for myself because I've been going non stop for a few weeks and I was feeling run down and tired. That all changed last night leaving the restaurant after dinner. I saw a young man sitting alone at a table. I think he had MS. Both hands were trembling cupping and glass a water. He was really struggling to bring it to his mouth to take a sip. The time that lapsed when I saw this was only a few seconds, but it was enough to tug very hard at my heart strings. It made any problems I thought I had disappear. Reminding me that no matter how bad we think we have it? There is always somebody worse off that does not have the option of feeling sorry for themselves. #jessejames
