Here are some tips from our Creative Director to help you avoid the #outtakes and get the perfect #photograph for your #holiday card:
1. Tackle the shot with two people - one person behind the camera and one person as a helper.
2. Plan the location and keep it simple. If you shoot next to a window or outside in natural light you'll end up with soft, natural photos. If you want that Christmas twinkle, have the kids stand several feet in front of the tree, not directly in front of it.
3. If you have children of different ages, have the older child hold the hand of the youngest to keep them still. Remember, they don’t always have to look at camera. Some of our best shots happen when there is genuine interaction between the kids!
