She used Brow Wiz pencil, which has a super thin lead that fills in empty spots or holes and is ideal for tracing an arch.
She also used Brow Duality highlighter. This highlighter pencil, is dual ended, it has a matte side which is cream to powder (no shiny brows) and a shimmer side that you can use to accentuate brow bone or highlight lids.
* Tip the matte highlights end is also a great lid primer, as it sets well and makes eyeshadow last longer.
1⃣ The first step was to create a top and bottom for her brow arch, and to achieve this she used Brow Wiz to trace the top and bottom.
2⃣ Using light upward movements she filled inside the outline creating soft hair like strokes.
3⃣ To blend the outline and filler inside she combed the brows with the spooley comb that's on the a Brow Wiz
4⃣ The last step was to use the Brow Duality pencil in matte, to highlight under her brows. First apply the highlighter all along the brow bone, and blend with your finger or a flat brush.
