Apply a white matte to the browbone as a highlight. ✨2.Apply a matte medium beige above your crease as a translucent. ✨3.Apply hot pink to your crease and blend upwards towards your transluscsnt color. ✨4.Apply a shimmer white to your tearducts. ✨5.Apply a shimmer baby pink color to your lids and under your lower lash line. ✨6.Apply a pink magenta pigment to your outer lid and the outer end of your lower lash line. ✨7.Apply a dark matte purple to your outer-v and slightly blending it to your outer crease and on your lower lash line. Then apply a matte black pigment to your outer-v. ✨8.Finish it off by creating your cateye wing as thin or as thick as you'd like. I used Motives Liquid Eyeliner in Noir. Then I applied my Motives Lustrafty Mascara to my upper and lower lash line. Ended it with Motives Kohl Eye Pencil in Suede. ✨For my lips, I outlined them with Motives Tendor Lip Liner. Then applied Motives Natural lipstick to my upper and lower lips.
