Hi!? Just wanted to share with everyone I took 1 week off after my competition from #diet, #supplements and #workouts! Sometimes you have to listen to your body. YES I am human although I like to think of myself as #Superwomen most of the time lol! But I miss the grind and hard work! So I'm right back at it! Today I weighed in at 108!? No need for a filter when you work your A$$ off!??
