Great day for a farm boy like me at the agricultural fair in Paucartambo, high in the Andes of Peru. On assignment for National Geographic looking for the people who grow our food and feed the planet. This lady was just so proud of her pig (and well she should be, it was a great pig, if a bit lazy.). Really fun being around these kind folk. Word got around the fair that I hadn't eaten lunch yet and everybody hounded me to stop taking pictures and eat.
