One of my #favorite #glute exercises!?? Step ups using a 35-45 pnd plate. I do 20 reps alternating legs. Then side step right leg 10 reps and same with left leg! I can never sit the next day lol!?? I suggest starting with a 10 pnd plate then work your way up!? Thanks @jennie_beans for the pics! #gluteexercise #fitfam
