Since everyone keeps asking. Akashi Kaikyo Bridge in Kobe has a special tour of the bridge and part of it involves going up to one of the towers. I wish I had a cape, a magic carpet or even a personal heli that would allow me to fly over epic places, but I don't. I did have $30 though and I can tell you it was worth every penny.
