I'd be lying if I said we're not bummed on the surf (and what we're still missing in Tahiti this week!) but there's no shortage of things to do in Rio. Took some time to learn from the masters. #BJJ w/#RicardoArona and #Judo w/#FlavioCanto at #InstitutoReaao in Sao Conrado below the Rocinha Favela. What an experience! This place is a literal lifesaver for many of the kids growing up in and around the favelas and these guys are huge role models for them.
