My choice of proteins? #Chicken? #Turkey ?99% lean & My fav #Cod?!? Also for breakfast egg whites? and oats!? I always have my veggies on hand? #Almond butter? Rice cakes? My Daily #Vitamins ? #Water??and to travel Baby food yams is super convenient!? I always weigh and measure my food before hand and put my meals in zippy bags!?? I eat every 3⃣ hours 6⃣ meals a day!☀ XO
