I was on a story about how people first got to all the islands in the Pacific and had just landed on #EasterIsland. A guy I met at the airport told me he wanted to show me the most beautiful place in the world. It was raining, there was nothing I could shoot so I agreed. We drove south, away form the famous statues and up on to the volcanic crater, down a dirt road, through a dripping wet forest and then emerged at the south end of the island just as the sun broke through the storm clouds. #island #pacific #chile #Serendipity #explore @thephotosociety
