What a great way to start our day! 5:30am @mrmvtfit workout. 🔥💪

Today’s workout
Med ball burpees
Med ball side toss (Left)
Med Ball side toss (right)
Mountain Climbers with push ups 100-10
Physio ball roll outs 12
Physio ball knee tugs 25-30
Sled rope pull
Ladder squat to jump out in
25/45lb bicep- shoulder- tricep- bus driver each side x 5
3 sets each
Followed by 1 min jumping jacks, 1 minute squat jump, 1 minute shoulder taps, 40 second toe touches, 40 second heel touches, 40 second knee slides.
Minute break-
40 sec jacks, squat jumps, shoulder taps
40 sec glute bridge, heel touches, knee slides.
