Rosa Parks’ legacy lives on in every political movement that challenges inequality. Yesterday marked 68 years since she refused to give up her seat on the bus. What she said in this interview from 1995 still holds true, “We have made many improvements... but we still have many challenges to face and many problems to solve.”
Let’s recommit to the values she stood for and amplify our efforts to create systemic change. We all have a part to play. Each of us can make a difference for better.
