１１月２３日（木）、王城寺原演習場において #第１空挺団、第１王立グルカライフル大隊等が実施した日英共同訓練の状況をロングボトム駐日英大使と森下陸幕長が視察しました。
両者は「自由で開かれたインド太平洋の維持・強化」のため、陸自と英陸軍が密接に連携する必要性について認識を共有しました。🇬🇧🇯🇵

H. E. Ms. Julia Longbottom CMG, Ambassador of UK to Japan, and GEN Morishita, JGSDF Chief of Staff, observed the bilateral field training exercise “VI23” conducted by 1st Airborne Brigade and 1st Royal Gurke Rifle at the Ojyojibara Maneuver Area on Thursday, November 23, 2023.
The two shared the recognition of necessity of close cooperation between the JGSDF and the British Army to maintain and strengthen a "Free and Open Indo-Pacific“.🇬🇧🇯🇵
