It turns out @パリス・ヒルトン had an extra reason to be grateful this Thanksgiving. Yesterday, the DJ and heiress shared the news via an Instagram post that she had welcomed a second child with her husband, Carter Reum, following the birth of their first child, Phoenix Barron, in January of this year.
