Dam Brewery is damb good!! Interior designed by Wonderwall, art piece by Kotao Tomozawa, and the excellent beer!! Their beer was sooooo good!! Saison type “Daily Paper” had the best balance for the first sip, and the brown ale “ Dawn Brew” change it’s impression as temperature gradually elevates up. The words of the staff saying “To keep everything clean will brew the best beer” tickled my heart. How sincere! Next time, I have to taste their food as well!
