Rescued from the Barstow Animal Shelter, where she was was overwhelmed by her larger kennel mates. Apart from this upbringing, she had something else holding her back. She was diagnosed with a condition called carpal laxity, which brought upon months of daily physical therapy, leg braces, wheelchairs and several surgeries. Willie is a happy, energetic, and wonderful dog whose body looks a little different, but that doesn’t hold her back for one second. For the 4th year in a row, Free People is supporting Best Friends Animal Society and getting behind their mission to save all shelter animals across the US.
