X On September 12, 2022, a 22-year-old woman named Mahsa Jina Amini left her home to visit her brother in Tehran, the capital city of Iran. By September 16, she had fallen into a coma and was eventually pronounced dead. By September 17, the first protest erupted during Mahsa Amini’s funeral. Since then, over 500 peaceful protesters have been killed, 72 of which were children. Inside Iranian jail they face torture and other ill-treatment such solitary confinement, deliberate denial of medical care, overcrowding, poor sanitation, inadequate food and water, insufficient beds, poor ventilation and insect infestation. 100% of all profits from sales of RA!SE 5 are donated to the Center for Human Rights in Iran.
