The friendly folk at Pockerley Old Hall have been spinning and dying wool with natural dyes. Today, they're using indigo to turn the wool blue but they also have a number of examples of wool which have been dyed with beetroot, red cabbage and onion skins.

There'll be more wool dying demonstrations to enjoy tomorrow (Sunday, 4th November).
