#ad With the help of @volvocarusa, I headed to Dallas, TX, teamed up with @heartsandbonesrescue, and went on a citywide mission in the XC60 Recharge plug-in hybrid to rescue dogs from overcrowded shelters. Meet Moonlight (7 y/o) and Snugzz (3 m/o) – two mixed-breed dogs surrendered by their previous owners. With Snugzz safely in tow and Moonlight buckled in, thanks to Volvo’s comfortable dog harness that locks right in (think puppy seatbelt), we stopped for a pup cup and headed to their foster homes without ever having to worry about range. With up to 35 miles of all-electric range*, every day of this mission was electric, and I can’t wait to see these pups make it into their forever homes in the next few weeks. #VolvoXC60
