I know everyone tells me I look fine, etc. I’ve always been insecure with my body and I’ve always strive to be “leaner”. My goal with Dylan was to educate myself with what foods benefits me and finding the right balance. As a Japanese woman I also had huge insecurities when it comes to body image. And not going to lie. People in Japan have come up to me and told me I look more fluffier than before. Which is odd when you train like a crazy person and eat half the amount compared to anybody at the dinner table. I started off being 140-145 pounds and cut my weight to 135lbs right now. But lost 4 inches in my waist line. Overall I’m proud to see a difference and I did this for myself not for others.
