MANGA in New York presented by Ginza Sony Park Project

ニューヨークにて開催中の6組の日本人アーティストが特別に描き下ろしたマンガとソニーのテクノロジーを掛け合わせることで新しい体験を生み出すエキシビション「MANGA in New York」に先日伺わせていただきました。

今回、私は「Dreams」をテーマに描き下ろしたマンガを展示していただいたのですが、ページを手で捲るのではなく自分の足で次のページに進み、実際に会話しているようなテンポ感でセリフを読み進める感覚はとても新鮮な体験でした。

I recently visited ``MANGA in New York,'' an exhibition currently being held in New York that creates new experiences by combining manga specially drawn by six Japanese artists with Sony technology.

This time, I exhibited a newly drawn manga with the theme of "Dreams", and instead of turning the pages with your hands, you could advance to the next page with your feet, making it feel like you were actually having a conversation. It was a very refreshing experience to read the lines with a sense of tempo.
