Meanwhile, its inflated silhouette is described by the emerging designer as “a nod to the braggadocious heroes of our past: the oversized style of characters on street corners and MTV stars of 2000’s.“⁠ ⁠ The accessory can be worn as a tote bag, or converted into a backpack. For the straps, Zhang drew inspiration from parachutes, which he paired with detachable eye panels, complete with velcro and snap fasteners to ensure ease of use.
