In my 20s 30s and 40s, this is how energy moved through me: powerfully, demonstratively, dynamically. I look back and applaud the fearlessness of moving through life with such curiosity, fearlessness and commitment. . What I’m learning now is that to transform is not simply to intentionally step. It is to be aware in every moment what is happening internally: in my #heart, my #mind, my emotional-energetic-spiritual bodies and allow them to show me where, when and how life is inviting me to #evolve by energetically JOINING the miracles, the #divine perfection that is already in motion on my behalf. Even if what’s being shown to me is unmeasured, unappreciated, uncategorized by familial, personal (programmed?) societal standards, I must trust. I then step.
It took great courage to trust the laws of Newtonian physics that allowed me to run up that wall and do a back flip. (Thanks to my stunt gurus:)
But boy does that pale in comparison to the faith and devotion it requires to #Surrender into #Grace, trusting the more subtle yet powerful energy of GOD: the Quantum Divine. Is this the true process of transformation? What do you think?.. What do feel???
