The biggest issue is actually finding a lawyer that won’t take a huge fee at first. I received advice to sue them internationally through the European Union, so I’m looking for lawyers anywhere in EU who specialize in medical malpractice. ⁣⁣I’ve been looking in Sweden, but it’s been very difficult to find someone who can help. ⁣⁣ As you know this hospital completely destroyed my life. I’ve been bedridden for over 1.5 years because of their negligence. They misdiagnosed me, made me sign a paper I couldn’t read, wouldn’t get me a translator, did a risky procedure, and after they gave me a leak didn’t want to deal with me anymore. As soon as I was punctured I knew something was very wrong. It felt like a lightning bolt inside my lumbar as the trainee neurologist hit a nerve and of course, the horrific headaches started. The doctors tried to gaslight me into thinking I had gone crazy. Wouldn’t it have been convenient for them if I went mad the day they put a needle in my back?🙄⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I’m in constant daily pain - crippling headaches, nausea, dizziness, fatigue, severe nerve pain… I am burning alive, I’m bedridden and my quality of life is miserable.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Trying to sue them will be emotionally and mentally draining. I am traumatized by the severe injuries and extreme pain inflicted on me. I went from completely normal to disabled for life. Not to mention the inhumane treatment and ridicule that I received afterwards. They tried to blame ME for the injures, and I’ll once again have to hear them call me crazy. ⁣⁣I know this won’t be easy in any way, that’s why I haven’t started this process yet. I have also been told it will take years and years. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Like I mentioned, I am hoping to find someone that won’t take much fee but instead take a % of the winnings, as I want to use all the funds we’ve raised for surgery. Since finding a lawyer like this is incredibly difficult, I thought I’d ask my amazing community for help. You guys are the best and you have helped me more than anyone.
