当日は『獺祭 DASSAI』の生みの親である旭酒造株式会社会長 桜井博志氏をゲストスピーカーとしてお招きし、ニューヨークにオープンした酒蔵のお話などを交えながら、「甘鯛の獺祭淡雪仕立て」や「獺祭を含めた和牛フィレ肉の炭火焼き」などのスペシャルメニューを、「旭酒造」最高の酒『獺祭 磨きその先へ』をはじめとする種類豊富な『獺祭』のお酒とともにお楽しみいただきます。

For one night only, join us at Mai Japanese Restaurant on October 29 (Sun) for a special pairing dinner event hosted in collaboration DASSAI, one of the top leading sake makers in Japan. 

Savor an artisanal kaiseki menu presented by Executive Chef Kazushi Iwane, all perfectly matched with the finest sake lineup from the maker, including the exquisite DASSAI Beyond boasting an unprecedented high rice polish ratio.
The chairman of DASSAI, Mr Hiroshi Sakurai, will also share his story of expanding his brewery in the United States and the secrets behind some of the most sought-after sakes during the event.
