On Oct 13, 14 members of #EasternArmy who will conduct HA/DR training to Djibouti Armed Forces reported their departure to GEN Morishita, CS, #JGSDF. They’ll arrive in #Djibouti on 16th and conduct the training on heavy machinery operation and maintenance until mid-Dec.🇩🇯🇯🇵
