The inaugural Cask Curation Series reflects over a century of partnership with the González Byass family of Sherry-makers, and our exclusive access to some of their finest casks. 

The distillery archive contains documents dating this partnership back to at least the early 1900s, with the master Sherry makers sending casks from Jerez in Andalusia to our warehouses on the banks of the Cromarty Firth.
