日本料理では薩摩藩島津氏の家紋に由来して丸十と呼ばれるさつまいも。薩摩藩下屋敷の跡地に位置する当ホテルのレストランで、季節の移ろいを感じる味わいをぜひお楽しみください。

At Tempura Wakatake, we offer our signature dessert of lightly fried sweet potato tempura, served with vanilla ice cream and molasses.

In Japanese cuisine, the sweet potato is called maruju, derived from the family crest of the Shimazu clan of the Satsuma emblem. Located on the site of the former residence of the Satsuma clan, our restaurant is sure to offer you a taste of the changing seasons.
