Alicia, a multifaceted individual, has international recognition for her artistry. Carmina, with a history of creating ceremonial uniforms, adds depth to the project. Over three years (2018-2020), Alicia and Juan used Carmina's clothing to interpret the "here and now," sparking a generational and cultural discourse. Their photographic documentation showcases fashion's power in conveying emotions, values, and ideas while preserving local traditions. Beyond art, the project explores the body-clothing relationship over time, offering snapshots of pre-pandemic cultural contexts.
