The firm's latest project is dominated by an exposed glass facade tinted in gradient tones with a vivid finish. Additionally, the tempered glass exterior reveals mismatched rainbow hues ranging from red to purple. The minimalistic design comes to life under radiant sunshine, oozing from its extensive terraces with modern artistry.⁠

After dark, the colors dim to create a “Night Rainbow” with muted hues that glow through the night, altered at sunset. The interior is then illuminated by similar tones that bounce onto the walls and floors.⁠
