今週は下関カスタマーセンター(CC)の紹介です。

下関CCがある下関市は、フグの水揚げ量が日本一です。そのため"フグの都"という愛称で親しまれています。

下関CCはお客様のアップタイムを支えるべく、ベテランから若手まで16名のスタッフが一丸となり、本州最西端の地でがんばっています。

This week we introduce the Shimonoseki Customer Center (CC) in Yamaguchi prefecture.

Shimonoseki City is nicknamed "Fugu Capital" for the locally caught pufferfish, and is the largest harvester of the pufferfish in Japan.

Shimonoseki CC has 16 staff members, from veterans to newcomers, working together to support customers' uptime in the westernmost part of Honshu.
